Lucky Strike

My birthday fell on a Monday this year so I knew it was going to be pretty challenging to get people to hang out.  Many thanks to Celisse and Eric for not being bitches like the rest of my crew and hanging out with me on the day I was born. High five!!

Ling Nam

This place is a South City institution!  I can’t remember a time when this place wasn’t around and it doesn’t look like it’s going out of style any time soon.  They got longsilog, pan de sal, Pacquiao t-shirts, and phone cards all in one spot!

Leica is worried

What’s wrong, Leica?  Are you afraid your head isn’t going to fit through the door because your ears are too big?

Stewie

Here’s Lynzie’s French Bulldog Stewie.  He’s named after the Family Guy/ Hangover character.  Gino thinks his name should be Tito Boy because he has hella ‘uncle face’.

Check out the view from his crib that lucky son of a bitch!

Stitch

With the increasing popularity of urban vinyl, Disney in collaboration with MINDStyle commissioned a collective of “urban artists” to do interpretations their character Stitch.  If anyone knows the names of any of the artists who are represented below, please comment and let me know cuz I totally forgot to make a note when I was taking these pictures.  The only one I know is Stitch #2 is by Peek-a-boo from Pocket Full of Monsters Crew.

Beechwood is the name of the neighborhood I grew up in.  Even though none of the streets are named that nor is there a sign that identifies Beechwood, the residences here have always known it as that.  This street is where I grew up and lived for the first 12 years of my life.   This area will always have a special place in my heart and I feel blessed to be able to live in and create new memories in the house I was born in.
